2. Google Ads and Google API Data
DFRIS Ads is an advertising analytics and optimization system developed by DoctorFresco LLC. When an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, DFRIS Ads may access Google Ads information permitted by the user’s authorization and Google Ads API, including campaign information, advertisements and creative assets, ad groups, performance metrics, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, conversion values, targeting and placement information, and other advertising-management information available through the API.
We use this information to provide advertising reporting, diagnostics, campaign analysis, experimentation, performance measurement, optimization recommendations, and authorized advertising-management functionality.
DFRIS Ads will access only Google Ads accounts for which appropriate authorization has been granted.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements and Google Ads API policies.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and improve our services; respond to inquiries; deliver requested reports, analyses, courses, consultations, or other services; analyze advertising and marketing performance; conduct authorized advertising experiments; generate recommendations; operate and improve DFRIS and DFRIS Ads; maintain security; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with users regarding services they have requested.
We do not use authorization to access an advertising account as permission to access unrelated Google services or data.
4. Advertising Account Access and Human Authorization
DFRIS Ads is designed to operate only on accounts that have authorized access.
During its initial implementation, DFRIS Ads emphasizes retrieval, reporting, diagnostics, and experiment analysis. Future functionality may allow authorized users to create or modify advertising campaigns, creatives, or related settings.
Where appropriate, material advertising changes may be subject to human review, authorization controls, and system safeguards.
Users may revoke applicable Google account permissions through Google’s account-security and permissions controls.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
DoctorFresco does not sell personal information or Google Ads account data.
We may disclose information to service providers that perform legitimate functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, communications, payment processing, security, or technology services, subject to appropriate contractual or technical safeguards where applicable.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of DoctorFresco, our users, or others.
Information obtained from one advertiser’s account is not intentionally disclosed to another advertiser.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Authentication credentials, access tokens, API credentials, and similar security information used by DFRIS Ads are intended to be maintained in secured application environments and separated from ordinary analytical outputs where practicable.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain legitimate business records, satisfy contractual requirements, improve our systems, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
